Our workshops cover a wide variety of cuisines, drawing from ingredients available and the imagination of our chefs. From local Dominican and Caribbean influences to Mediterranean, Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern, French, Italian, Vegetarian, Vegan, etc…the possibilities, fusions and variations are endless. Best of all, all of our cooking workshops come with wine pairings!

We source our ingredients locally whenever possible, ensuring the freshest seasonal produce. From farm-fresh produce and locally caught seafood, all our food is ethically sourced, organic, free of chemicals and unprocessed as much as possible so that you can retain the nutrients and experience the pure flavors of nature.
